Whether you need a deep tissue massage in a particular area, heavy pressure all over, light and relaxing pressure, or somewhere in between—we have you covered. We can assess and recommend treatment plans for injuries, give headache/migraine relief, and even work on chronic pain problems you may have. On the lighter side of things, we take pride in our relaxation massages to help relieve the stresses and tension from your busy life. We’ll have a quick intake chat when you arrive for your session, assess what you need for that particular day, and create a custom massage to meet these goals. Pregnancy Massage (Must be at least 13 weeks pregnant)
(This service is for anyone in their second or third trimester of pregnancy, so you MUST be at least 13 weeks pregnant.) Why yes, you CAN get massages when you’re pregnant! And, what’s more, they’ve been medically recommended by countless doctors and OB/GYNs time and time again. Our licensed massage therapists have been trained in prenatal and postnatal massage therapy so you can trust that you’re in educated hands. We offer a few different positions for you while you’re enjoying your pregnancy massage, INCLUDING the much-requested face-down option using either a top-of-the-line prone pregnancy pillow or the specialized prenatal massage tables with the cut outs for your comfort. It’s a good idea to talk to your physician prior to getting massage therapy during your pregnancy, but most medical professionals agree that massage is very beneficial for normal pregnancies. Oftentimes we will need to be a little more careful if your pregnancy has been deemed ‘high-risk’ by your doctor, but more often than not you are still fine to receive massage therapy. For the safety of our clients and their pregnancies, we do not allow pregnancy massage to be combined with Craniosacral therapy, Hot Stones, Cupping, Infrared Sauna sessions, or Aromatherapy.)
Couples Massages
We are now proud to offer couples massages in the same room for your loved ones, sisters, partners, mother-daughters, and friends! This service is currently not bookable online–you must call our office to book a couples massage.

Reiki Sessions
Reiki is an ancient healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Our Certified Reiki practitioners are proud to bring this energy healing art to you.

Craniosacral Therapy Sessions
Craniosacral Therapy is a system of alternative medicine intended to relieve pain and tension by gentle manipulations of the skull regarded as harmonizing with a natural rhythm in the central nervous system. Our Certified Craniosacral Therapists are proud to bring this healing art to you. (**Please note: this modality is not suitable for pregnant women.**)

Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. This therapy has many benefits and purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, range of motion, sinus/facial pressure, IBS, menstrual pain, endometriosis, scarring, post-operative healing, injury healing, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. NOTE: Cupping can naturally cause temporary discoloration of skin (lasting a few minutes to a few days) so please be aware of this when receiving this service/avoiding areas where this is unwanted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy:
Effective 8/24/2022, our cancellation policy is as follows: please let us know if you cannot attend your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Failure to do so will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service you had booked for that time, which will be charged to the card/gift card on file or will be invoiced to you directly. Please understand that this allows us to support the staff member who would’ve been working on you that day.

Adding hot stone therapy to your massage adds a little luxury into your life. Using only the highest quality basalt lava stone, we will work your muscles with the heat of the stones and relax you into jelly. Adding hot stones to your Swedish (relaxation) massage ups the ante in full body relaxation, while adding the hot stones to your deep tissue massage is the most amazing way to reward your body for letting us work out your knots and tightness. CLEANSING FACIAL MASSAGE
Luxuriate in the feeling of soft, clean, relaxed skin on your face by booking a Cleansing Facial Massage. We use only the highest quality cleanser, scrub, and day cream to clean, exfoliate, and moisturize your face, all while using zen facial massage techniques to bring blood flow to the skin and using lymphatic drainage techniques to reduce the appearance of puffiness and water retention in your face and neck. Add the full session service to a regular massage or have this service done on its own, the choice is yours! (Note: we are not licensed estheticians and therefore cannot perform chemical peels or extractions. This massage focuses on the outer layer of the face and neck as well as the lymphatic system.) 3-STEP CLEANSING BACK TREATMENT UPGRADE
Just in time for summer, enjoy our 3-Step Cleansing Back Treatment to get your hard-to-reach back in top shape for swim & sun season! This 15-minute service will cleanse, exfoliate, and tone the skin on your back, leaving you with the confidence to show off those shoulders. 15-MIN ($35)
SWEET FEET RELIEF
This 30-minute session is sweet relief to your aching feet! 25 minutes of foot reflexology plus a relaxing foot scrub is just what your hard-working feet need, especially if you’re on them day in and day out. Reflexology is an ancient practice used to relieve tension and treat illness based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body. 30-MINS ($45)
INFRARED SAUNA SESSION
Our Far Infrared Sauna Blanket has many health benefits, but please note that this service is not right for everyone (PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE FOR HEALTH RESTRICTIONS BEFORE DOING THIS SERVICE.) The Far Infrared Sauna Blanket uses infrared rays to heat the body, penetrating with a deeper heat than household heating pads. Benefits include: weight loss, muscle tension relief, increased metabolism, detoxification through sweat, loss of water retention and bloating, inflammation reduction, and more! Enjoy 30-minute sessions in the Sauna Blanket as often as 3x per week to see even better results. (This service can be done alone or before/after your massage therapy session. This ancient practice is used to relieve tension and treat illness based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body. 10-MIN ($20)
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE UPGRADE
The lymphatic system is one of the most important functions of the body, as it helps drain excess fluid into the kidneys for removal. Having a slow-functioning lymphatic system (which happens for a myriad of health reasons) can cause puffiness and fluid retention visible on the body. Using the natural approach of manual lymphatic drainage, we can work towards a higher functioning lymph system. (Note: This service is not for everyone and your eligibility will depend on a quick intake conversation with you about some major heath contraindications.) ($20)
SCALP MASSAGE TREATMENT UPGRADE
Add a relaxing scalp massage with Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, or Rosemary essential oils to your session to release any stress you may be holding in your head. ($20)
