Sarah Beth started her massage therapy journey after working as the office manager and H.R. head administrator for a chiropractic office, where she hired and became fast friends with Olivia Ortega. After a few years, Sarah Beth moved from the chiropractic office to a spa setting…and took Olivia with her! Sarah Beth found her passion in massage therapy and helping people, and her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open her own business a few years later. Now, Sarah Beth and Olivia pride themselves on running Sanctuary Massage & Spa, a boutique, female-owned massage therapy practice, and they hope to serve the Louisville and Southern Indiana community for years to come. KY LIC. 245664. Heather graduated in 2011 from the National Massage Therapy Institute in Falls Church, Virginia. She has been practicing for 11 years in various states and countries. Sports massage therapy and facilitated stretching are her particular favorites, but she’s also taken many other specialized courses, including prenatal, Reiki, migraine relief, and myofascial release. Heather is certified in medical massage and infant/child massage, and she’s also passionate about using massage therapy to help people age gracefully.

KY LIC. 278759. Anita graduated from the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in June of 2022 in Boulder, Colorado. She has a passion for learning about the human body and how to help people move more freely and with less pain. This lead to her certifications in Stretching and Flexibility Coaching (2022) & Corrective Exercise Specialization (2023) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, Anita also has a PharmD from Ohio State and currently practices at The Brook Hospital. Through her years of hospital experience as a pharmacist working closely with other therapists, she has been able to observe how our overall health plays a role in our posture and movement.

KY LIC. 244693. Nicole Ray has been practicing massage for close to 20 years. She graduated from the Utah College of Massage family of schools in their Nevada location in 2003 and quickly began practicing in the resort spas and country clubs of Southern California in the Palm Springs area. Nicole Ray also maintained a private practice there for 15 years. She offers a wide variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue (Structural Integration), Reflexology, Craniosacral, Sports Massage, and Hot Stone massage. Nicole Ray has taken numerous skincare and body treatment trainings as part of her spa career. She loves providing a customized approach to each individual, attuning her service to their specific needs always aiming for the ‘best massage ever experience’.
